I’ve only been a member of Heartland for a short period of time, but I have to say the service has always been incredible. From the personalized service to the phenomenal customer service. Kayla has always been a delight whenever I have questions about who knows what, but this note is going to Kelsey. As a first time home buyer, it was an absolute delight to have Kelsey as a loan officer. She was working endlessly, answering all of my “silly” questions along the way with all of the ins and outs for buying a home. If I had to do it all over again, I would call her up in a heartbeat. A HUGE shoutout to Kelsey, and thank you for making my first time home buying experience one that I will never forget. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I recently was speaking with Kathy T., she was amazing! She could not have been more helpful and courteous. This is why I love the credit union. You would be hard pressed to get that kind of connection with any commercial bank. I also spoke with Katelynn and she was fantastic as well. All the staff at Heartland are amazing, courteous and friendly!

I have a 13 and 15-year-old and each have a Heartland account with a debit card. Working with Heartland has given them freedom and independence with their money and has given me peace of mind. They are learning how to manage money for the long term. They monitor their accounts with mobile banking, while I’m able to monitor their spending. Thank you for providing my kids a safe place to learn the importance of managing money.
