  • Debt Protection With Life Plus

    Unforeseen events like death, illness and unemployment are inevitable, but with Life Plus*, you can protect your family from the unexpected.

    Life Plus cancels your loan balance or loan payments up to the contract maximums when you experience financially-stressful events, such as accidental dismemberment, terminal illness, hospitalization, family medical leave or the loss of a dependent.

    Applying for Debt Protection with Life Plus is simple, voluntary and won’t affect your loan approval. Call Heartland at 651.451.5160 or 800.813.9185 and ask how you can protect your loan payments.

     

  • Mechanical Repair Coverage

    Do you set aside money to cover expensive vehicle repairs? The answer for most is no. How will you be prepared for those unexpected costs? Mechanical Repair Coverage (MRC)**. MRC can give you the protection you need for the unexpected.

    MRC is available on new and used vehicles. Sign up for MRC when you apply for an auto loan, and choose the plan that best suits your needs.

    Rental reimbursement

    Covers up to $35 per day for 5 days (or 10 days for a parts delay) from day one.

    24-hour roadside assistance

    Covers up to $100 per occurrence and includes towing, battery/jump start, fluid delivery, flat tire assistance and lock out service.

    Travel expense reimbursement

    Covers up to $500 lodging, food and rental expense when a covered breakdown or collision occurs more than 100 miles from home.

  • GAP

    Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP)*** with Auto Deductible Reimbursement (ADR) protects your vehicle loan+ from the unexpected. While your auto insurance may cover some of the costs, you’re responsible for paying the difference between what your insurance will pay for and what you owe on your loan. GAP is designed to help protect the difference between your insurance settlement and your auto loan balance in case your auto is totaled or stolen.

    Plus, with the added benefit of Auto Deductible Reimbursement, you’ll receive up to $500 towards your insurance deductible if your vehicle is in an accident and requires repairs. Simply put, this policy pays your deductible (up to $500) so you don’t have to.
