I have been with Heartland since 2012. All I can say is the entire organization is top notch from top to bottom. We have had car loans, home loans and HELOC’s. The service is very personal to me. I love that they know who I am at the Hugo branch, as well as the IGH branch. I have never stopped trying to get friends and family to move over to you!

I’ve only been a member of Heartland for a short period of time, but I have to say the service has always been incredible. From the personalized service to the phenomenal customer service. Kayla has always been a delight whenever I have questions about who knows what, but this note is going to Kelsey. As a first time home buyer, it was an absolute delight to have Kelsey as a loan officer. She was working endlessly, answering all of my “silly” questions along the way with all of the ins and outs for buying a home. If I had to do it all over again, I would call her up in a heartbeat. A HUGE shoutout to Kelsey, and thank you for making my first time home buying experience one that I will never forget. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I recently was speaking with Kathy T., she was amazing! She could not have been more helpful and courteous. This is why I love the credit union. You would be hard pressed to get that kind of connection with any commercial bank. I also spoke with Katelynn and she was fantastic as well. All the staff at Heartland are amazing, courteous and friendly!
