Heartland Credit Union Mobile Deposit User Agreement
When you use Mobile Deposit, you are required to agree to the following statements.
I understand Mobile Deposit is a part of Heartland Credit Union’s Mobile Banking Application which allows members to initiate deposits via their mobile device and receive credit up to a pre-determined limit.

I agree that:
- When making a deposit(s)via Mobile Deposit, I will receive credit for my deposit based on my current account standing, pre-determined limit and Heartland Credit Union approval.
- I will not knowingly deposit any check(s) that have insufficient funds to cover them.
- I understand all other account rules and restrictions apply as stated in Heartland Credit Union Account Agreement and Disclosures.
- I will not knowingly deposit any check(s) that have already been deposited via a mobile device to another financial.
- I understand all other account rules and restrictions apply as stated in the Heartland Credit Union Account Agreement and Disclosures.
